One of the main tools of an Investigator of Organized Crime is Informants.
A good Investigator has more than one, so as to corraborate the information or discount it. When you have multible Informants telling you the same things it goes a long way to substantiate the Suspected Criminal Activities of an Organized Crime Structure.

If you found the immediate previous post hard to believe and were skeptical of the information good for you. A good Investigator would. The next step would be to see if it is verifiable.
